What’s inside

Everything you need to plan your next case

Not theory. The same routine, case after case, until it becomes how you think.

10 case videos

About 20 minutes each, with chapters so you can jump straight to the ceph, the options or the result.

Case slides

Every case as a PDF — zoom into the photos and radiographs on any device.

Clinician Toolkit

Assessment checklist with Malay ceph norms, problem list & plan template, and decision guides.

Case Workbook

Pause before the answer, plan it yourself, then compare. The gap is where you learn.

The 10 cases

The cases you are most likely to see — and doubt

Each case is a real, consented and anonymised patient with complete records and a finished result.

Class I

3 cases
  • 01Borderline crowding — to extract or not?
  • 02Bimaxillary proclination and the “lips forward” complaint
  • 03The adult with a missing or compromised tooth

Class II

3 cases
  • 04Growing patient, large overjet — functional or camouflage?
  • 05Class II division 2 and the deep bite
  • 06Adult Class II — where does camouflage stop?

Class III

3 cases
  • 07Mild Class III with crowding — which teeth?
  • 08The growing Class III and anterior crossbite
  • 09Borderline surgical — camouflage or jaw surgery?

Developmental anomaly

How every case is taught

The same six steps, ten times over

1

The patient & the face

History, concerns and the extra-oral exam in natural head position — profile, smile, symmetry.

2

The teeth

Each arch on its own — lower first — then in occlusion. Measured, not guessed.

3

The radiographs

OPG and lateral ceph, compared with Malay norms — only the numbers that change the plan.

4

Problem list & diagnosis

Every problem, sorted into fix, improve or accept — summed up in one sentence.

5

Pause — your plan first

Stop the video and plan it yourself in the workbook. Then see options A, B and C compared honestly, including no treatment.

6

The plan, the result & the lessons

Mechanics, anchorage, before and after, retention — and what would be done differently next time.
